- DeJoria will race Ron Capps as her first-round opponent
- Has advanced to back-to-back semifinal appearances to start the season, and currently sits fourth in the point standings
- In 2014, DeJoria became the first female Funny Car driver to clock a sub-four second run (3.997 seconds) during qualifying at the Pomona 1 event
