We’ve had a good showing so far here in Houston, and I’m really happy for our team. We made it down the track three times out of the four qualifying sessions, and we stayed in the top half of the field throughout qualifying and that’s always a good thing.

Alexis DeJoria, daughter of the famed John Paul DeJoria, co-founder of John Paul Mitchell Systems and proud owner of Tequila Patrόn, is a professional NHRA racecar driver, competing in the nitro Funny Car class on the Kalitta Motorsports team.
